Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we are a full-service provider offering delivery within 50 miles of ZIP code 63385. For locations beyond that range, we may be able to arrange delivery with advance booking and an additional fee. If you have a special delivery request, we’ll do our best to accommodate it with reasonable notice—please contact us to discuss options. Standard delivery includes placement on your front porch or in your garage. If you require additional placement or setup, we may be able to accommodate for an extra fee
What are your delivery times?
“Weekend deliveries are typically scheduled for Saturday mornings between 9 AM and 1 PM. Weekday deliveries and pickups take place between 5 PM and 8 PM, with extended hours offered during the summer. If these times don’t work for you, just let us know—our team will do our best to accommodate your needs
What can I expect on the day of delivery?
Our delivery staff will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival. When they arrive, please let them know your preferred placement location (garage or front porch). Once the delivery is complete, our team will review the rental equipment count with you, provide instructions for teardown, and confirm the scheduled pickup date and time. An adult must be present to sign upon delivery.
Do you offer pick up options?
We currently do not have pick up option.
What kind of chairs & table do you have?
Our chairs are white wedding folding chairs they are made of plastic and steel, tables are 6 ft Long (banquet style) and can seat 6-8 guest,

I'm ready to book what's next?
Contact us to confirm availability and delivery preferences, once confirmed you may check out online to reserve rental equipment, availability is based on the date and time of contact and your proposal will be held for 24 hrs. unpaid invoices/proposals will be canceled and customer will need to contact us again for availability.
What is your cancelation Policy?
Customer may cancel at any time for any reason, cancellations with 30 day's notice from event date will receive a full refund minus 4 % merchant fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee minus 4% merchant fee. Cancellation within 7 Days from event day will receive a credit for a future service.
Do you offer set up?
Yes, set up is available at additional fee, for Park or Venue, your delivery cost already includes set up & tear down.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 1-3 months in advance during our peak months May-June & Aug-October.
