Damage Policy
Delivery includes a $25 (R)/$50 (P/V) refundable damage fee, which is returned once all rental equipment has been picked up and inspected. This ensures that all equipment is properly handled and cared for, helping us maintain competitive pricing while continuing to provide top-quality rental items. It also promotes accountability, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for every customer.
To ensure the return of your refundable damage fee, please follow the delivery crew’s instructions. This typically includes properly securing our products, ensuring equipment is correctly broken down, and avoiding contact with rough or sharp surfaces that could cause cosmetic damages. All of our chairs and tables are fully stackable—please refrain from piling the equipment to maintain its condition and longevity. (See Below)
